These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Pine & Paw Yard Cleaning ("Pine & Paw," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Pine & Paw provides dog waste removal and yard sanitation services in St. Paul, MN and nearby suburbs, on a one-time or recurring basis as selected at booking.
No Contracts, Cancel Anytime
Recurring service plans have no long-term contract. You may skip a visit, pause service, or cancel at any time with no fees or penalties by contacting us.
Access to Your Yard
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your yard on your scheduled service day. For insurance purposes, all dogs must be kept indoors or away from the area being serviced during the visit.
If snowfall or other conditions make part of your yard inaccessible, some areas may be missed during that visit; in that case, we will offer a refund or credit for the missed portion.
Billing & Payment
Service is billed per cleaning at our published rate, which includes sales tax. When you book, you authorize us to keep a credit or debit card on file and charge it on each scheduled cleaning day for that visit's price, including any add-ons or discounts. Card details are stored by our payment processor, not by us. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Skipped or paused visits are not charged. You may remove your card on file at any time by contacting us.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Clean Yard Promise: if we miss a spot, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to clean it at no charge. If a visit still does not meet expectations, contact us and we will make it right with a refund or credit for that visit.
First-Time & Catch-Up Visits
While our free first cleanup offer is available, your first cleanup is free regardless of buildup. Otherwise, if it has been a while since your yard was last cleaned, your first visit may be billed as a One-Time Cleaning to bring your yard up to date, with your regular plan rate applying starting with your next scheduled visit.
Referral Discounts
Referral discounts, where offered, apply once per successful referral and are subject to change at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care while providing services on your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine & Paw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except where caused by our negligence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
