What visit day looks like
Text ahead. We text you shortly before we arrive, so you always know when to expect us.
Dogs stay inside. For insurance reasons, dogs need to be inside or away from the area being serviced while we clean.
Gate entry. Using the gate entry info you provided, we let ourselves in — no need to be home, and no need to coordinate timing.
Yard & add-ons. We clear the yard of pet waste, and take care of any add-on services you've requested, like deodorizing or off-site removal.
Bag & bin. All waste is bagged and placed in your trash bin, ready for pickup. Want it hauled off-site instead? Add that on for $5/cleaning.
Sanitized between yards. Before we leave, our tools and equipment are sanitized to prevent any cross-contact.
Locked & confirmed. We make sure every gate is properly locked, then text you a photo of your clean yard.

Can I skip a visit or pause service?
Yes — skip a week, pause for a vacation, or cancel anytime. No fees, no penalties. Just let us know.
What happens if it snows on my scheduled day?
We provide year-round service, including through Minnesota winters. If fresh snowfall makes part of your yard inaccessible, some areas may be missed during that visit — in that case, we'll offer a refund or credit for the missed area.
Do you skip visits when it rains?
Light rain isn't a problem — we keep our route running as scheduled. In severe weather, we pause the route and resume once it clears, which may shift your visit slightly that day.
What if my dog is aggressive or doesn't do well with strangers in the yard?
For our insurance coverage, all dogs need to be kept inside or away from the area being serviced during your visit. Just let us know ahead of time and we'll work around your dog's routine.
How does billing work?
You pay per cleaning, with no contracts. It's the same price whether you choose every other week, weekly, or twice per week. We keep a card on file and charge it on cleaning day, so if you skip or pause, you're not charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We keep a credit or debit card on file and charge it on cleaning day. Prefer something else? We also accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash.
What if there's a lot of buildup since I haven't had this done in a while?
No problem. While our free first cleanup offer is running, your first cleanup is on us, however much buildup there is. Otherwise, a first cleanup on a yard with heavy buildup is billed as a One-Time Cleaning to get it caught up, and regular pricing starts with your next scheduled visit.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
That's what our Clean Yard Promise is for. Missed a spot? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right, free. If you're still not happy, we'll make it right with a refund or credit.
Do I need to be home, or do anything after my first visit?
No — once your schedule is set up, service runs automatically. It's a reliable, contact-free routine: we show up on your chosen schedule, and you'll get a text with photo confirmation after every visit.
Do you offer a referral discount?
Yes! Refer a friend and you'll both get $10 off a cleaning once they sign up for a recurring plan. It's a one-time thank-you per referral.
